FAQ - frequently asked questions

Will we make it in time for the ceremony?

We usually ship sashes within 2 business days, at most within 7. Next-day production is not uncommon either — just please let us know that you’re in a hurry.

Is each name an extra charge?

Not with us. It doesn’t matter whether the text on the sashes is the same (e.g., Preschooler, First-grader) or each child has their own name on the sash. The price is the same.

We’d like to see a graphic preview.

We can’t agree — can you send us a sample?

Yes, absolutely. We understand it’s best to see the quality with your own eyes. Choose the sash color and print color and we’ll send you a custom sample sash FREE of charge.

I’m worried the sash will arrive wrinkled

No worries. We pack the sashes very carefully. If you choose the “I’ll assemble it myself” option, the sashes are rolled up individually; and for the “send assembled” option, we fold them in a way that prevents creases and fold marks.
